Password Rules

User account passwords for the Management Portal must meet specified character restrictions and length requirements.

Passwords are case sensitive.

The password must be eight characters or more and contain the follow characters:

  • one or more lowercase and uppercase alphabetic characters (a-z and A-Z)

  • one or more numeric characters (0-9)

  • one or more of the following special characters:

    ` ! @ $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + [ ] ; : ' " , < . > / 

The password must not contain the following:

  • spaces

  • your login ID

  • your registered email address

The password must not begin with an exclamation mark (!) or a question mark (?).

The password cannot contain repeating character strings of three or more identical characters, for example, 1111 or aaa.

The sequence of the first three characters cannot be in your login ID.
