Logging in to the Management Portal

Log in to the Management Portal to perform administrative tasks and to access developer tools.

You will need your user name and password to login to your Device Cloud.

Note:
If you do not remember your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password? The Recover Account / Reset Password page is displayed.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Click Send. A URL is sent to your email address to recover your password.

  1. In your browser's address bar, type the URL you were given when you received your Device Cloud account.
  2. Sign in with your email address and password.
  3. On the LaunchPad, click Development Tools.

The Home page appears and shows recent activity and status information about Device Cloud.
