Cloning and Editing a Campaign

You can edit a campaign that has not started or copy and edit any existing campaign.

You can clone a campaign in any state. A cloned campaign includes the list of things in the original campaign. Email notification settings are also copied. For more information, see, Adding a Campaign.

You can also clone and edit a campaign from the campaign details page. From the campaign details page, you can clone a complete campaign and only include things on which the existing campaign failed.

  1. Click Developer, and then on the Developer page, click Campaigns.
  2. On the Campaigns page, do one of the following:
    • Click the Edit icon of the campaign you want to edit.

    • Click the Clone icon of the campaign you want to clone. The Do you want to clone members? page is displayed. Select the check box and click Clone.
      Note:

      When cloning a Campaign, the email notification settings are copied. For more information, see Adding a Campaign.

  3. On the Editing page, change the fields as needed.
  4. Click Update.

The campaign appears in the list of campaigns on the Campaign page.

If the campaign does not include things, you must now add things to the campaign.

If the campaign includes things, you can go to the Things page and add additional things, or you can go to the Campaigns page and schedule the campaign.
