Pausing or Resuming a Campaign

When the campaign starts, the campaign task is executed on each campaign member. You can pause or resume a campaign that has been started, at any time.

The campaign must have started. For more information on starting or scheduling a campaign, see Scheduling a Campaign.

If the campaign has not started, the Pause and Resume buttons do not appear.

To Pause or Resume a campaign that has already started, do the following

  1. Click Developer, and then on the Developer page, click Campaigns.
  2. On the Campaigns page, click the corresponding View icon of the campaign that has started. The Campaigns page is displayed.

  3. Do one of the following:
    1. Click Pause to pause the campaign that is in progress.

  4. Click Resume to resume a paused campaign.
