Viewing a Campaign and Member Details

The campaign details page shows the overall status of a campaign and the status of the campaign on individual things. You can also view member details, show the current status of a member and all the previous statuses along with the date and time.

1. On the Developer page, click Campaigns.
2. To view a campaign, click the View icon of the campaign.

   

   If the campaign has started, the campaign page shows the status of the task on any things that have been added to the campaign.

   

3. To view member details and history of a campaign task that has started, click the View details icon on the Campaign page.

   

   If the campaign has not started, the View details icon does not appear.

   

4. Click Download CSV on the Campaign page to download the member list with details.
