Adding a New Trigger From a Template

You can use an existing trigger template as a starting point to create a new trigger.

  1. Click Developer, and then on the Developer page, click Triggers.
  2. On the Triggers page, click New from template
  3. On the Trigger Template Selector page, select Group, and then select group that contains the template you want to select.
  4. Choose the template you want to use from the list of templates, and then click Next.
  5. Type values for the corresponding field keys. When you move the mouse pointer over the Value field, it displays the description you entered when Creating a New Trigger Template.
  6. Click Create trigger or Create and start trigger.

The new trigger appears on the Triggers page and the Started? column indicates Started if you started it when you created it.

You may want to edit the trigger to schedule it.
