Adding a User to a Notification Group

You can add members to a notification group after you create it.

You must have created the notification group to which you want to add a member.

The user must have an account in the organization to which the notification group belongs.

You must have organization administrator privileges for the organization.

  1. Select Tools > Administration and then click Notification groups.

  2. On the Notification Groups page, click the View icon of the notification group to which you want to add a user.  
  3. On the notification group page, click Add member.
  4. On the Adding Member page, type the user's email address in the Email address box, and then click Add.
  5. (Optional) Repeat step 4 to add additional members.
