Logging in to Device Cloud
After you complete the account registration process, you are ready to log in to Device Cloud.
You receive an email with a link to complete your registration with Device Cloud. After you complete the form, you can log in with your email address, which is your user name, and the password you chose. If you do not receive an email, check your bulk email folder.
Ensure that you disable pop-up blocking for Device Cloud.
The URL you use to log in to Device Cloud is based on your geographic region.
The URL to the main Device Cloud LaunchPad page does not start with portal. If you do not see the LaunchPad shown below when you log in, remove portal from the URL.
The Home page of the Management Portal appears and shows recent activity and status information about Device Cloud.
You can update your user profile to customize your experience with the Management Portal. For more information, see Device Cloud Management Portal User's Guide: Updating Your User Profile.
If you have organization administrator privileges, you can start performing administrative tasks, such as inviting other users. For more information, see Device Cloud Management Portal User's Guide: User Management.
